Are the Akari light sculptures authentic?
Yes, all Akari light sculptures are handmade in Gifu, Japan, by Ozeki & Co., the original manufacturer licensed by Isamu Noguchi. Each piece features the signature sun and moon logo.
How do I clean my washi paper lamp?
Use a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster to gently remove dust. Avoid using water, detergents, or damp cloths, as they can damage the delicate mulberry bark paper.
What type of bulb should I use?
We recommend using LED bulbs to prevent heat damage to the paper. Please refer to the specific wattage limits listed on the product page or the included instruction manual.
Do the lamps come with a warranty?
Our home products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental tears or damage from improper assembly.
Can I purchase replacement shades or frames separately?
Replacement shades are available for most standard Akari models. Please contact our support team to verify compatibility with your existing frame.
